On the 10th of May, on the 91st anniversary of the national leader of Azerbaijan people Heydar Aliyev, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel General Ramil Usubov has met the young associates of the authorities of the internal affairs and educational institutions of the ministry being distinguished in service and the education in the “Khazri” Leisure and Health Center.
The minister has opened the event with the introductory speech, the memory of the great leader was remembered by one minute silence by the suggestion of the minister.
Then the minister of internal affairs has spoken about the glorious life and rich statehood activities being example for every Azerbaijani, and testifying to writing of the most difficult and famous pages of our modern history, and core reforms, increasing economic and military power, strengthening state institutions, and the Azerbaijan ideology that the great leader is the author of. He said that the next anniversary of the great leader is the event of special importance enabling Azerbaijan state and people to understand what is the the real service. The great leader has laid the basis of the successes gained by Azerbaijan and the achievements that we might be proud of with his titanic activities without exception.
The speaker has reminded that Heydar Aliyev has formed the initial basis of our independent state within the content of Soviet Union during the period of leadership of Azerbaijan, and he saw the way out of our people encountering the threat of losing the statehood, chaos and anarchy in the first years of independence in his return to the supreme power, and stated that the election of the great leader to the position of the Higher Council on June 15, 1993 was written to the history of our people as the Salvation Day, and the second period of the leadership of the great leader to Azerbaijan was started, the basis of the new ideology embracing independence, statehood, justice, democracy and legal state building principles was laid.
The Colonel General Ramil Usubov has reminded with the gratitude feeling that one of the unexampled services of Heydar Aliyev before his people is his training a charismatic leader managing our country after him due to his bright mind and great sagacity.
Great successes were gained and important projects deemed to be significant for our people and state have been realized in all fields of social and political life within the period of about 11 years that the president of the country Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev led the country. The economic and military potential of our country, the life level of the population has risen significantly.
For almost several years, our republic is one of the leader states of the world for economic growth rate. Today Azerbaijan takes the leading position in the space of CIS and as well as Eastern Europe for the positive results in the field of combating crime and securing the public order by being one of the safe countries where the safety is highly protected.
The minister stressed that our national leader has stated repeatedly that as one of the developed, democratic and legal countries of the world, the bright future of Azerbaijan depended on the patriotic youth having high intellect, horse sense, deep knowledge and efficiency, and getting excellent education in his speeches, he has taken necessary measures for representation of those people having high moral and business qualities in the state management and in the social political life of our country, as well as the special Program was adopted on State Youth policy.
an estimable case that the great attention and care of national leader of our people Heydar Aliyev is successfully continued by the successor of his political course Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The duties arising out from the decree on “State Youth Policy” signed by the great leader, the law on “Youth Policy” and the State Program “Azerbaijan Youth in 2011-2015” approved by the country president Mr. Ilham Aliyev are implemented in the authorities of internal affairs successfully. It is the consequence of it that at present more than 40 % of the personnel of the authorities of internal affairs of the republic was organized by the young associates up to 30 years old. Promotion of the associates in the positions, duly attention and care to the youth is one of the main issues that the management of the country gives great importance. It the visual manifestation of that high attention and trust that 575 young associates have been accepted to the service in middle chief personnel positions from 2006 up to present.
The minister, Colonel General Ramil Usubov reminding that the realization of the ideals of our people to live in democratic, legal state on real and sustainable foundations is connected with the stability being our national wealth created by our national leader and entrusted to the generations, stated that to protect and strengthen it, to ensure its persistence is the sacred duty and citizenship obligation of each of us and expressed that as long as the independent Azerbaijan exists, our national leader will live as genius personality, real citizen and powerful leader.
The minister of internal affairs has awarded awards to a group of associates and listeners distinguishing in execution of service duties and in service and education at the end of the event.
